John McGowan, owner of JLM Custom, LLC, is an accomplished frame-to-finish carpenter and general contractor. John's hands-on approach and commitment to every project ensure high levels of efficiency, quality control and client communication. In addition to his technical skill and expertise, he is experienced in handling municipal permitting matters and collaborating with engineers and design professionals.

Depending on the project, the company will coordinate with trusted partners to handle work such as plumbing, electrical and painting tasks. Each of our subcontactors has been vetted by us, and their work will be fully managed by JLM Custom, LLC.
